I usually stay at this hotel because, considering the average price of a hotel in Barcelona, it has a good quality/price ratio. rooms are spacious and clean, staff is very attentive and efficient, breakfast has an excellent quality/price ratio. It is worth noting its location: if you travel by plane. there is an Aerobus stop nearby and that is a great advantage, There are two subway stations nearby. many bus lines pass through the vicinity, On foot you can reach the Plaza de la Universidad in about 12 minutes. in less time the Plaza de Espana, market of Ninot takes about 10 minutes and Hospital Clinico a little bit more. Another advantage is the number of services available in the surrounding area (two large supermarkets. several super-small ones and some 24-hour supermarkets on the Gran Via, bakeries, bars and places to eat, pharmacy, ATMs, etc, In Ugot. is opposite, they have some very good homemade hamburgers at a good price, as well as good cakes,
If you want silence in the room, you have to sleep in an interior and that prevents having "views", although in the street where it is, this is not important.

I've had a real good stay for 2 nights. Marvellous location close to everything, outstandingly accommodating staff, everything was great. I took an a double room with air conditioning and comfy bed, for instance. Got a free and good hot breakfast included.

This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a welcome drink, I feel at home. The staff once helped me with an insect bite, and they've always been friendly. I'm coming back for xmas!

All in all, it was quite good. value for money for a start. room is comfortable, modern and I had no problems with noise. staff is nice (both at the reception and in the restaurant for breakfast) and always willing to help. breakfast, considering its price, is very good; maybe the weakest part is the pastries and juices; the price is what it is and you can't ask for more. Moving on to the situation and surroundings, I must say that the location is, on the whole, good. It is 100 m from the Gran Via, allows for good communication by public transport. One of the advantages is that the Aerobus stop is less than 10 minutes from the hotel. There are many hotel services, bakeries, supermarkets (some of them 24 hours) nearby. has many advantages.
I can't find any flaws if we value the category of the hotel, which doesn't mean it isn't at a good level of comfort.

It's a great location because I love this neighborhood. But if you want to walk to the beach, it's far. A room of sufficient size. I like the design. It's clean. There's a kettle, which is critical to me)). The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Probably my favourite hotel in Barcelona at the moment.
Already 4 times I was in this hotel, but on the last visit on arrival one of the coffee cups was not quite clean. I put it in a prominent place on the edge of the table for the staff to do something about cleaning. The cup was returned to its original position by the staff in the same way. I was surprised, because I'm used to this hotel being quite clean. Several times it turned out that the room was not cleaned, as they usually come to clean it before 10.30 am or after 2.30 pm. Sometimes I didn't have time to leave my room before 10.30, and from 14.00 I had to be in my work room (computer, internet). The presence of a sign on the door about room cleaning during my absence did not save.

Nice location on a quiet street (even with windows facing the street we didn't suffer from any noise), about 15 min walking from Pl.Catalunia, and metro station is 5 min away. Very convinient when taking the bus from/to airport! We stayed 3 girls in a tripple room - spacious enough and very clean. Was a nice surprise to get 3 door keys as it gave us more freedom. Reception staff was polite and helpful. Overall, good hotel is you want to explore the city but prefer not to stay in the middle of tourist crowds!
We haven't tried hotel's buffet breakfast as the price seemed ridiculously high but that was not an issue at all. There are are cafes in many streets nearby where you can get good breakfast offers for a way more reasonable price!

We loved the location near Gran Via! The nearby cafes were a hit, especially after a long day exploring. Our little one enjoyed the cozy tub after our adventures, and the super nice team in guiding us through the city.
My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities like a play area.

Excellent location, nice room (406 without a view, quiet). There is the 1st Russian channel, water in bottles, one on 2) exclusively for brewing tea or coffee. Breakfast is not taken, there are plenty of cafes nearby, where you can have breakfast for 2-3€ cheaper, in 5min. walk Mercadona, fridge is in the room, so breakfast, an evening snack is not a problem. For a beach holiday hotel in 5min from the subway and buses, on foot for a long time. To explore the city, most attractions are within walking distance.
Left one key card in the room to charge your iPads, maid pulled out every time after cleaning, though it was a penny! So such standards in the hotel! Wifi for watching videos and downloading large files is paid, could not download a map of the city, first time I meet such a thing (make a certain traffic for free, over pay, immediately limit the possibilities. maid 2 days folded towels like fresh, although they were not changed... Why? hotel has heating, chose as a plus, it was very hot, frame of the glazing moved only 5cm. is a limiter.
